Read the policy draftA few things
in plain words.
What about AI detectors?
Ink aims to reduce detector flags. Results vary by detector and text. No service can promise avoidance of every detector. Customer text is never sent to an external detector during rewriting.
What data does Ink keep?
The planned history retention is 30 days, configurable by policy. Rewrites are never used for model training. PostHog and Sentry receive no rewrite content.
Does voice training keep my chats or email?
No. Planned voice training uses Passport’s temporary extraction window. Ink keeps the adapter, never your chat or email text. Voice training is not available yet.
Do I need an AI Passport account?
Ink uses your ego.ist account, the same account as AI Passport. Signing in to Ink grants no access to Passport memories.
Can I rewrite a PDF?
Ink starts with text. PDF and DOCX support are planned for a later release.
