The quality promise.
Draft for owner review. All defaults await the owner’s decision.
Report a detector flag within 30 days of the output being produced. Eligible reports receive one free month without waiting for the investigation to finish. A failed billing operation stays pending and can be retried.
Reports may name any detector. Suggestions in the form do not limit coverage.
Qualifying verdicts: AI, likely AI. There are no score-only thresholds configured. Other verdicts need review.
Unedited outputs are eligible. Edited outputs are reviewed by staff. If you are unsure whether the output was edited, the report is reviewed by staff. Missing evidence or an uncertain output association needs staff review.
Repeated submissions for the same output and detector return the same case. Distinct incidents have no configured benefit cap.
Trial accounts are eligible and receive a month of normal plan allowance through an entitlement grant when approved. Cancelled accounts are reviewed by staff. Other account states are reviewed by staff.
For active monthly plans the configured benefit is an invoice credit equal to one month. Annual invoice credits use one twelfth of the annual price. Inactive plans receive a month of normal allowance. These benefits apply only to Ink.
Investigation and compensation have separate statuses. Detector results vary. Ink does not promise avoidance of every detector, and routine rewriting never calls a detector.
Reports do not grant permission to resubmit text. You may separately allow a manual resubmission to the named detector for this investigation only. Reports are not automatically reused for training or persistent benchmarks. An approved regression case is a record only.
Case evidence and reported text are kept for 90 days from reporting, independently of rewrite history, then removed. Content-free case and billing records remain. Email follow-up is planned; case updates are available in Ink.
Policy version: draft-m7-v1. Response targets remain pending owner decision.
